This is with great pleasure, I would like to inform that a comprehensive cinema portal , cinevartha (www.cinevartha.com) will be launched soon.

Cinema is a major phenomenon of the modern society, which has emerged as an economic activity of immense global importance. Perhaps there is hardly any other field of activity where so many people are interested and involved directly or indirectly. Cinema has found a niche for itself as an effective instrument for conveying ideas and a big entertainment. It generates employment, earning , enhancing human behaviour and tradition thereby facilitating overall development. Cinema is one of the world’s largest and fastest growing industries.

And more, almost 100 percentage of the population of Kerala likes to watch movie and read stories about cinema. A considerable percentage of our population is working in overseas. Gulf, US and UK are the main destination for our youngsters who seeks job. We found that there is no ‘MALAYALAM’ web portal which dedicated for cinema to satisfy their interest.

We would like to fill this vacuum with our new webportal, cinevartha. We would like to dedicate this portal to all malayales as an ONAM Gift.
