Here comes the importance of web development. The individual or firm who develop a web site is called web developer and the process is known as web development. There are are lot of stages in the procedure of web development..
The first step of the process is conceiving the website. Here the individual or firm is given full details of the business or the intention of the website by the client. Means, the requirement of the client is being given to the web developer. The web development team study the details and come with a detailed plan or conceptualize the website.
The next stage of the web development is the proposal creation. This is actually the head ache of the project management head and marketing wing. In most of the small web development firm, the preparation of the proposal is a liability of the Chief Operating Officer with the help of marketing head. The proposal form includes the time to be needed for the web development, the number of paces or module and the time to be needed for the completion, the documents which client has to give for the smooth running of the development and most important and final- the remuneration of the job.

Where is the dignity of Deepika and Rashtra Deepika?

I feel ashame of reading newses from Deepika and Rashtra Deepika nowadays. Where is its dignity? Where is the self celebrated patriotism and a hand for the downtrodden editorial policy? Where is its marching with marginalized policy?

Nowadays Deepika and Rashtra Deepika is acting as a political arm of a fraction of CPI-M, led by its state secretory and P.B member Mr. Pinarayi Vijayan. Today (25^th jan 2007) I read an article against V.S Achudananthan. It says '' as a chief minister, who have no authority to write a letter to President but has only right to advise and help the Governor '' . Each and every Indians know that Indian Penal Code is entitle the President of India to act 'as of the advise from the cabinet'. This is the sentence which gives meaning to the post of Prime Minister or Chief Minister. Even in the mercy petitions, cabinet is taking decisions and submit to the president. And the only duty of the president is to sign on the document.

Why Deepika and Rashtra Deepika want to ruin its 120 years of history. And why its journalists are trying to neglect the basic principles of journalism '' journalists are always a third party''.
